DAY 5 of 5 Day Challenge: Finding your Coven

Today we’re diving into: Pulling on the strings of support by calling in your community

Most of us either start out or are, by default, solitary witches. This makes sense- we all come from different backgrounds and have different interests. While we learn what our specific flavor of magic is, it's easier to keep to solo spell working to a point!

If you've gotten to a place where you are starting to feel lonely in your practice, are wishing for more community and folks to bounce ideas off of, as well as feeling ready to ask questions, learn, and stretch in new ways, it probably means you're ready for a troop! Coven can mean anything from a formal gathering of witches studying under one Deity, or it can mean a gathering of babes who all want to support each other in magical ways (helloooo, Seagrape!). As we know there are dozens of different ways to practice magic, and having a community of like minded people to cheer you on and stoke your magical curiosities can be invaluable. What kind of community are you dreaming of? How do you want to show up and be supported in your Magic? The trick of finding your Coven is STATING YOUR DESIRE, being vulnerable, and sharing the things that bring you joy in the world.

Over the years I've had my share of terrible group experience I don't wish to recall so I know how scary pulling on those Coven stings in! As a community tender I find that making sure your values line up is a great way to find the right magical fit.

Make a Coven Vision Board! Get creative with this, babe. Make a collage by cutting out your favorite colors, patterns, products, art, and magical tools from magazines. This is a BEACON for you to get clear around what community looks like, and the kind of energy you want to invite into your life.
