Ava (they/she) is a queer, genderfluid witch and poet. They have a penchant for honey candles, personality quizzes, and rose body oils, among other things. They suspect they’d make a better houseplant than a person, but they're over the moon to be a part of Seagrape's community of babes!

They're perpetually inspired by the strange word-magic of Jeff Vandermeer's novels and Damien Jurado's music—they've played a heavy hand in Ava's own art and magic-making, witchy or otherwise. When Ava isn't whipping up juicy community offerings for Seagrape, they're likely to be found studying Celtic myths and magic, watching ASMR videos, or playing copious amounts of video games. They currently live with their cat, Cypress, on unceded Multnomah and Chinook land.
