FLORAL TEA RITUAL
Let your petals unfurl as you sip on some delightful tea magic.
You will need:
1 part mint
1 part rose petal
1 part chamomile
1/2 part lavender
Honey (or vegan alternative) to taste
Optional: Flower Essence
Begin by mixing all your herbs in a small bowl. As you stir the petals and herbs together, speak aloud your intentions. Which parts of yourself are you encouraging to bloom? Where do your roots want to sink into? What things are your leaves reaching for?
Add your tea to hot water, and let steep for 5 minutes. In this time, journal, dance, sing - whatever brings your body joy!
Sweeten your tea, and add your flower essence, when it's fully steeped and allow the power of these plants to ground you and uplift you.
