You will need:
1 cup Epsom salts
1 small handful chamomile flower
1 small handful calendula petals
2 drops ginger essential oil
4 drops lemongrass essential oil
4 tablespoons jojoba, olive, or almond oil
Begin your bath ritual by lighting your candle. Hold your carnelian gem, and feel the fiery energy from the stone begin to flow through your hands. When you feel ready, combine your salts, oils, and herbs. As you stir, speak your dreams aloud. No matter how small they are, or how wild! Describe how you will feel when they are in motion, and how you will feel when they are manifested. When you are done stirring, pour your spelled salts into a warm bath, and
soak. Continue visioning and calling in those dreams! When you are done soaking, drain your bath, and compost your petals as a gratitude practice for all the earth provides.
