Self Love Mirror Spell 

Self Love is our original magic. It is often dented, damaged, or discouraged as we experience trauma, oppression, or adversity. This month, choose to embrace your vibrant life energy and embrace self love with this mirror spell. Find yourself a mirror, and light a red, pink, or white candle. Adorn yourself with a ritual oil to engage all your senses. In the flickering light of the candle, begin slowly and try looking around the inner frame of the mirror, catching your reflection and taking in the space around you. Stay within the gateway of the mirror, and begin to take longer and longer moments to gaze into your own eyes. Offer a smile. Smile back. Adore yourself as scared art. Try viewing the person in the mirror as another being. What do you see? Where could you use the most love? Think something kind to yourself. Then say it out loud. Say it again. When you are grounded, express gratitude in whatever way feels best. A simple "thank you" will do, and say it until you truly feel it received.
