Abundance Bath Ritual
A ritual bath is the perfect way to combine self care and magic. Soaking in herbs, salts, and water helps to clear your energy, relax your mind, and soothe achey muscles all in one go! Let's shake off that scarcity mindset and welcome in abundance! Health, money, creative pursuits, and purpose are the arenas in which we find prosperity, and can also feel drained of it. This bath is crafted to both clear your energy, and welcome in fresh bright abundant energy.
You will need: 1 cup Epsom salts (or a bath salt blend)
1 sliced orange
1 handful of calendula petals
1 white candle
Sprinkle your salts, petals and half of your orange into the bath as it fills. Take a few moments to light your candle, and take a few big deep breaths. Run your hands from the top of your head down to your feet, picturing any energies that are holding you back being brushed off you. Step into your bath, and soak while eating the other half of your orange. As the bright
flavors and juice lift your spirit, picture all the abundant energy you are welcoming into your life. Soak for as long as you'd like babe, you deserve this moment of self care!
