Join us for this live webinar community gathering, rooted in the celebration of Solstice Pleasure & Magic!
Solstice - also known as Litha, or Midsummer, has traditionally been one of the most important sabbats for witches and magical practitioners. The sun shines high for the longest day of the year, offering extended time to learn and burn in the beauty and magic of our world.
This event will serve as an intersection of classic and contemporary traditions around solstice, support us in brand new interpretations as moments and collective understanding continue to unfold, and offer seasoned practitioners the chance to grow in community! If you're new to Seagrape, this is a wonderful way to get to know us and our values, as well as say hello to some magical babes who we are over the moon to carry through the shop.

- Katie of Wild Grace Apothecary on Herbal Medicine and Pleasure: Katie will speak about how herbs can help us in cultivating embodiment for both pleasure and resilience. We'll talk about a few specific plants that are aromatic and/or nervines that can assist in times of trauma response or stress, and how to bring you back into your body.
- Lettie Jane of Many Queens Tarot on the Pleasure of Tarot and Creating a Portable Altar: Join her in creating a portable altar; it could be for yourself, someone else or a cause you hold dear. Gather your favorite tarot deck and a few items that are significant to you. Drawing on the archetypes of the tarot, we will create a portable altar together that feels like a message you might need at this
time.
- Haylin Belay of Femiwitch on The Physiology of Pleasure: Learn about the connection between sexuality, intuition, and witchcraft from a professional sex educator and pleasure witch. You'll learn some basic facts about how sexual and non-sexual pleasure actually work, and strategies for creating the conditions that allow your body to experience that sensation to the fullest.
- April Lea of Lvnea Perfume on the Pleasure of Perfume and creating your own eau de cologne: Learn tips for making your own eau de cologne incorporating fresh and dried aromatic plants and volatile oils. We will also discuss adorning yourself and space with fragrant herbs and flowers historically used for pleasure, magic, and ritual.

- Casey of Wanderers Tarot on Summer Solstice Divination, Tarot Magic, and Solar Healing: Casey will discuss how to tap into the energetics of the season with your tarot + oracle deck allies. Celebrate Summer Solstice energetics, and co-create an intuitive spread to honor the Sun, illuminating healing guidance within and throughout. Casey will channel a brief Solstice message through her tarot + oracle guides
for our greater collective healing during these times of transformation.
- Coleman of Dark Exact on Personal Confidence Solstice Magic:Learn some simple spells you can use to harness the energy of the Sun with items you probably have in your kitchen or can gather easily outside. Our focus will be on boosting personal power for perseverance and endurance, especially in our work in supporting others.
- Nina & Sonya Montenegro of The Far Woods on Mending as a Way of Connecting with Past and the Present Moment: Sonya & Nina will be sharing a mini-tutorial on how to darn a sock, while exploring the ways mending is a transformative practice through reflection, gratitude and healing.
- JP Hawthorne from Cosmophilia Astrological Herbals and The Portland School of Astrology on Moon Magic for the 12 Signs: JP offers you a crash course on the appropriate magic to tailor to the current Moon sign including sample places to consider in your magical location setting. Fire up your word processor or bring a pen and notebook, lots of useful
information will be given!
