We miss you all so much over at the shop, but take comfort in seeing your sweet messages and emails, thank you for continuing to love and support us from afar! 

We wanted to update our community regarding our priorities around safety as we discuss plans and possibilities for the coming months. Firstly, we want to say this: we believe in magic, and we trust in science. It is of the utmost importance that Seagrape is providing beautiful goods from us and other makers crafted and offered with care, as well as an uncompromised environment of safety and security. If the professionals say "not yet," we're here to listen and respect the facts, even as they change. This is not the time to hit the gas and lead the charge further into the unknown, but instead is a moment to band together in creating security through this unsteady portal. It's a time to tread lightly, check in with one another, and acknowledge that each of us is part of a greater whole. We believe in this magically, and we understand it from grounded, fact-based comprehension. None of this is taken lightly.  
The nature of this situation requires flexibility, attention, and patience. Our team is continuing this conversation, planning to gently reopen our shop doors in June. This will involve a great deal of augmentation to our layout, as well as precautionary measures such as masks, safe physical distance, and a limited number of patrons present at once. Of course, all of these decisions are dependent on state law, staff and patron safety, and common sense. 
You all have proven to us time after time that community generates possibilities beyond imagination, and that change can happen in a heartbeat. You've shown up for us in times of celebration and anguish alike. We wish to do the same for you all in equal measure. People over profit. Community over competition, always. This is not a race, it's a collective effort. 
For now, local no-contact pick up is available at our shop on Mondays and Fridays from 1-4pm. The online shop is stocked with almost everything we carry and we are shipping online orders regularly as well. Feel free to call if you don't see something you want online.
