I hope you're doing well out there in the world! I'm thinking of you as the days stretch and blur together. As a solution to the uncertainty of the time I have been working on a new way to be in COMMUNITY with you (I'm so excited about it!). Please join me over at Seagrape Babes for a private experience
full of recipes, magical ideas, and more. It's an interactive site- kinda like Facebook, kinda like a blog, where we all get to share and participate in the community aspect of Seagrape as if we were at the shop. I can't wait to see what you think!
This is where our FREE 5 day Finding Pleasure in Uncertain Times Challenge will happen! Let's come together in community during this strange time to create comradery, support, and re-center ourselves in pleasure and ritual. Chaotic times can often be portals to growth, opportunity, creativity, and discovery. If we can tend to our values and prioritise through self-care, we will be more equipped to support ourselves and each other through this trying
time.
Pleasure and self-care are Seagrape’s pillars, and we are so glad to have you here, babe!
This free challenge will stoke your inner fire and help you regain some equilibrium through a practice of pleasure and embodiment with lucious self-care tools, easy-to-apply prompts, videos and a whole community backing you up.
Here are the logistics:

The challenge will run 4/22/20- 4/26/20 on our NEW private community

You will receive a notification within the community every morning at 8am with information, a video and a prompt

If you’re jumping in late, or in the middle of the challenge, don’t worry! All of the information will remain available to you in the private group

The private community will make it possible for us to ask each other questions, share encouragement and suggestions in a safe, loving, and supportive space.

After the Challenge is over we will invite you to become a Seagrape community member, with a free 7 day trial where you’ll have access to the library and all the fun things we’ve been cooking up for May. If you’d like to stay on past the week, you can join us for $19.95/ mo and receive: monthly zoom calls with Maria, skill share videos, a library of
information, and all the Seagrape community support you’ve been dreaming of!

Let’s cheer each other on! Developing juicy self-care practices, especially when they are pleasure focused can be very vulnerable. Let’s support each other through this process by sharing, commenting and showing solidarity with your fellow babes doing this challenge!
