Full Moon in Virgo, March 9,
2020
Happy Full Moon, babely babes.
As many of you know the flagship store was broken into 2 weeks ago, raided for merchandise, technology, and cash, and completely trashed by the thieves. As I reflect on this violation I can't help but feel it is a mirror of the desperation of the times we live in- a world filled with anxiety, scarcity, and survival mode. The break in has left us shook, but also incredibly full of gratitude thanks to all of you.
As the Moons reaches fullness in the archetype of Virgo- a practical sign that loves to clean up a mess (how appropriate!) we too embody that sign to fix what is broken with the help of our community. During March, a month focused on Self-Devotion, this community ask has become the self-care we didn't know we needed!
So, we ask you: how are you cultivating Self-devotion through clearing right now? Are you setting up new boundaries? Dusting old patterns of thinking away? Tidying up your spiritual practice? Cleaning your home and turning it into a sanctuary? Take time to cultivate clearing energy right now in the name of growth, even when the growing pains are uncomfortable. We know something about that too <3
This Full Moon I am choosing to be vulnerable and ask my community for help post the violation of the break-in two weeks ago. I do not take this ask lightly, and as difficult as it is to be transparent and tell you that the financial burden of this event is nerve-racking to face as a small business owner with no financial backing or savings to pull from, I believe that it is important to show up as my full self in this moment and ask for help.
We've started a Go Fund Me to offset the costs we are facing as we work to re-build the shop, Please donate if you can, share the efforts with your friends and family, or simply send us some good vibes. We appreciate any and all help- energetic or monetary you are able to send
our way so, so much.
If you are unable to donate but want to purchase product on the website with code: SUPPORTSEAGRAPE you'll get free (delayed) shipping within the US.

FULL MOON IN VIRGO SPRING CLEANING TAROT SPREAD
As the clouds begin to clear and the days grow longer, the full moon in Virgo encourages us to see what has been obscured by the dim light of Winter and to do some spring cleaning and organizing to make room for all that is ready to blossom in the Springtime and beyond. The Virgo Moon Spring Cleaning Tarot Spread is designed to help do just that. Lay out your favorite altar cloth and light one or more candles as you feel inspired to do; purple, silver and white candles work well for intuitive work and divination.
- Decluttering: What have I been holding onto that I should let go?
- Dusting: What in my life do I need to let shine?
- Organizing: Where might I need to reconsider my priorities?
- Window Cleaning: Where am I not seeing as clearly as I need to be?
- Fresh Air: Where do I need to open up and let new energy in?
The most important part of any Tarot reading is in working with the medicine it brings and putting it to work in the days, weeks and months afterward—perhaps even longer. Take a photo of the spread and meditate on each card individually and, more importantly, on the overall theme and story they tell together. You may find it helpful to journal about the spread immediately after, as well as on an ongoing basis to explore and capture ongoing insights and
experiences.
Sweeping Spell for the Full Moon:
The traditions and beliefs around brooms and sweeping can be found throughout the world in almost every culture. The act of sweeping in and sweeping out energies is nothing new, but to embody it as a practice can be revolutionary. A room can feel lighter after a good sweeping, and that sensation can permeate our very lives when done consciously. Therein lies the magical practice. What does it feel like to intentionally welcome an energy, or a desire? What does
it feel like to dispel? Brooms are boundary tools. They say "this is welcome here," and "this is not." Establishing boundaries isn't always the most obvious or natural thing to do. Most of us have been so heavily conditioned into accepting the unacceptable, and agreeing with the morally and spiritually questionable that we can forget how powerful we truly are. When you commit to showing up for yourself and your needs, you've already begun the work. Putting action to your hopes and visions is to
create devotional space for yourself where you may have once believed none could exist. When sweeping out the dirt, you'll soon discover a fresh foundation.
A Full Moon Clearing Spell:
Grab your broom- this simple household object is a powerful magical ally. Hold your broom and state what you are grateful for and what you're ready to let go of (for example: I am grateful for the lessons in X difficult situation and I am ready to let go of the anxiety I've felt because of X situation now.)
Hold this intention and mantra in your mind as you sweep your room or the whole house from the furthest point towards the front door. Open the door when you're done and sweep it all out! Hold the feeling of gratitude in your body, the Full Moon is about abundance but also about recognizing the small miracles of everyday life.
Enjoy your freshly (literally, and energetically) cleared space!

There exist a variety of understated magical tools and implements that most people have in their home, whether they realize it or not. The broom is one of those tools. It's blessed in its subtlety, for those who wish to be less overt in their magical practices at home, or for people who may be less comfortable acknowledging their actions as magic - but knowing they are regardless. In many rural cultures, the broom has been a long known and respected source of
great legend and folklore, as well as empowerment, meditative trance, and magic.
