Let’s go beyond maintenance self-caring and turn our lives into a full blown love affair! Lets fill our cups until they are overflowing with abundance, encouraging and supporting each other to live our best lives! 

Pleasure and self-care are the pillars I’m building my empire on in 2020, and I am so happy you’re joining in  babe! 

This free challenge will stoke your inner fire and help you begin the new year of inviting pleasure and embodiment through lucious self-care tools, easy-to-apply prompts, videos and  a whole community backing you up. 

 

Here are the logistics:

• The challenge will run 1/5/20- 1/9/20, with a recap of the entire challenge sent on 1/10.

• You will receive an email every morning with your self-care practice of the day,  at 8am PST for those 6 days.

• If you’re jumping in late, or in the middle of the challenge, don’t worry! We will send a re-cap at the end so you can utilize all the information.

• I will be posting videos on IG daily around 9AM with info and prompts so make sure you follow and subscribe there! I will also post reflections on the exercises every evening.

Seagrape is your community so please jump in- feet, arms, tentacles, whatever! We want all of you for this challenge! 

• Follow along on IG so you don’t miss the conversations we will have there. I  will include a recap in the morning and evening every day of the challenge via stories.

• Keep up with the daily emails you will receive in your inbox and make sure you do the exercises.  We’d love to hear about your experience on IG under the daily recaps. I will hop on throughout the day to share and cheer you on!

• Let’s cheer each other on! Developing juicy self-care practices, especially when they are pleasure focused can be very vulnerable. Let’s  support each other through this process by sharing, commenting and showing solidarity with your fellow babes doing this challenge! 

• Feel free to post your own videos or written reflections on IG and tag us! I’d love to know how you’re taking this challenge and bringing it into your life daily!
