Full Moon August 15 in Aquarius
Are you feeling yourself this full moon? Revealing in your most alive, truest true, empowered self? Much like August, a month bursting with life, Aquarius calls forth our vitality, being the bearer of water sprouting life alongside a creek, river, or
waterfall.
Our tendency to be in the nitty gritty, blinders on, attuned to the daily patterns of our lives serves us well, but let's not forget to look up. This full moon, take some time to celebrate the big picture - see the forest instead of the individual trees. Celebrate the feelings of connection, symbiosis, and know that you are an essential part of it all, even if you might not have clarity on the where/how/why. Flexing your skills to see, feel, and envision gratitude will help you be in the moment
of abundance that you already are. Once pausing for moments of gratitude are second nature, gratitude will beget gratitude, unveiling abundance, opportunity, and gifts that have been with us all along.
Let the air sign of this full moon lift you up and energize the spirit.

Summer Garden Herbal Tea
This full moon, brew a mug of herbal tea to celebrate life, being alive, abundance, growth, and your empowered powerful self. Use whatever you have on hand, in yours or a friend's garden, or a favorite pre-blended tea. If you like new recipes, you might try a blend of lemon juice, honey, lavender, and ginger for a herbal hot toddy. You could try making a full moon tea by leaving the water + tea in a jar out in the moonlight to brew with your intentions and gratitude.
Enjoy sipping your tea under this full moon. Sit with the parts of yourself that you wish to feed more, consider the noises and the animals and plants that are keeping you company in this moment, and envision yourself as part of this larger interconnected ecosystem. The night is alive, you are alive, alive, alive.
Energy Raising Bath
During the summer, we're often out more enjoying the longer days, socializing, being active, and taking part in all the season has to offer. Our energy might feel higher and everlasting, but taking time to self care, rejuvenate, and replenish our energy will help to get every last drop out of this abundant season. If you don't have the herbs below, you might try an essential oil blend for the aromatherapy effects. To make, gather 1 part of each
dried herb:
- Lavender
- Rose petals
- Sage
- Rosemary
Mix all dried herbs together and then put into a cheese cloth or large tea strainer. As you draw your bath, place satchel under warm to hot running water to infuse. Relax and enjoy!
