Journal Prompts for the Sagittarius Full Moon
Self-care doesn't just look
like baths and spa treatments: it looks like being brutally honest with yourself and your community about your capacity. Acknowledging your capacity and limits while staying soft and tender-hearted about your needs is radical self-care. Being honest is a step towards celebrating your authentic self, recognizing your needs, and honoring them. Having it all together is an illusion, witch. It’s time to get back to the wisdom you hold in your animal body — the body that carries you
through this world, feels deeply, desires eagerly, sparkles like the stars you’re made of.
Take a moment to answer these questions:
- Why do you self-care?
- What motivates you to self-care?
- How do you self-care?
- Do you feel worthy of it?
Now, give yourself permission to feel desire, experience pleasure, and bask in your successes. Literally state aloud, "I am allowed to want things. I am allowed to enjoy my body. I am allowed to
celebrate my radiance." Then spend some time journaling in response to these questions:
- What do you desire?
- What brings you pleasure?
- What three things are you proud of about yourself?
Tomorrow, on the Sagittarius
Full Moon, the Babes will be meeting for a digital moon circle. We'll weave spells of collective magic, create space for celebration, and navigate gently any themes that want to be illuminated. If these questions sparked something in you, created a curiosity that desires tending, join us! All
the details are inside the Babes platform.
