We'll commune with 3 plants, explore their medicinal properties, meditate with these beauties, and make a hand-blended tea (that you'll get to take home with you)! 

Come join in the circle and learn about the medicine & magic of wild rose, elderflower, and linden, and how these beautiful flowers can be used to support whole body health. 🌿🌼

This is a great chance to dive into the world of plant magic before our gardens take full bloom this summer! If your goal is to build out a winter apothecary, this class will help you connect with seasonal plant allies and process them into medicine that will last you throughout the year. 

You are invited to dive into this magic with us whether you're at the beginning of your journey or have been brewing potions for years. Espen approaches plants and their magic from a folklore view, which creates a gentle environment for exploration and connection. You'll make some friends, craft a tea infused with your own magic, and leave feeling held by the magic of the earth. 

Wild Rose

Wild Rose is a strong ally when navigating the shadows. Imagine how it feels to hold both the power to be soft while also holding the power to be firm. This cutie's petals or rosehips can be used medicinally.

Elderflower

Elderflowers are known for providing some light in the dark and guidance in uncertainty; this ally is here to support you on whatever path you trek. Forage for these flowers to use in a cordial or baking. 

Linden

Linden is a versatile ally, providing a gentle sweetness to anyone who needs it. Rooted deeply in folklore and myth, use linden flowers in tea or spellwork for protection and love.
