A Witchy Weekend At Seagrape 🔮🦇

You are cordially invited to submerge in magic with us for the last stretch of Season of the Witch. Here's all the magic we have brewing:

🦇 Palm readings and tarot readings with Jezmina and Paulina today, 10/26, from 12-4pm. First come first serve! (AND Paulina's kids are apprenticing- they'll be offering 5 minute readings for donations) Yes, our hearts melted at the sweetness of it!!

🦇 These witches will also be at the shop on Sunday, 10/27 from 12-3 to do a reading from their just published book, Secrets of Romani Fortune Telling! Learn about the nuances of divination from the culture it originated from.

🦇 And to really get the magic of Samhain flowing, we're brewing even more excitement next week. 10/31 involves aura photos (be sure to book ahead of time, she's sold out before the day of every time we've hosted her!) and a witchy gathering via zoom filled with protective magic and ritual.

As we get closer to the end of the year, it becomes more and more important to protect our magic through connection and ritual. This is a space for beginner and seasoned magical babes alike to find likeminded community and be witnessed in your magic and process.

A Simple Energy Clearing and Protection Ritual

You will need:

a glass of water
yourself ✨

Start with your hands above your head, crossing in an x formation. Hold your hands about two inches above your body.

From head to toe, and then each arm in no particular order, trace your body with your hands- this is defining your energetic shield. Then trace as far up your back as feels good, and next the back of each leg. While you do this, visualize your hands as magnets. Imagine all of the negative energy being drawn off of you and onto your hands. Move your hands around your body in that same pattern as many times as you need until you feel cleansed. Place your hand in the glass of water and imagine the negative energy releasing into the cup. Release the energy by flicking your fingers as if you were flicking water at someone playfully.

Do this three times and then release the water down the drain, thanking the spirits of the water for holding this for you.
