this can definitely make for some uncomfortable body experiences. We've put together a list of our favorite ways to tend to ourselves when it's uncomfortably hot, with a lens of turning this self care into a gift of embodiment. Make note of the witchy tipssprinkled through out!
🌸 Take a cleansing shower with our Mint Green Tea soap. 🌸 Place a wrap in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then wrap around your shoulders. These
are also an excellent aid with heat, making it a durable and versatile tool to have up your sleeve. Witchy tip: create space for a moment of embodied pleasure. As the cool wrap offers relief to the heat, notice how your body responds. Do you feel your muscles easing, just a little more comfortable? Try breathing into that sensation and noticing the pleasure of that sensation.
🌸 Drink lots of liquids! Hydration is so important, and can definitely be challenging. Iced tea is a great way to work some magic into the self care; try steeping your blend in the sun for the last half of the day and then leaving in the fridge overnight. The

feeling easy! You might try a sticker to adorn your favorite water bottle, or glitter to make hydration that much more
fun.
