Having a consistent energetic clearing practice can fall by the wayside when we're busy, stressed, or both. As we prepare to enter Virgo season, take some time to slow down and pamper yourself and your energy by making and using an Energetic Clearing Scrub!
Scrubs are an especially nice energetic clearing tool because they incorporate salt, one of the most effective cleansing tools a witch can have in their toolkit.
For this scrub you will need:
- 1/3 cup sea salt
- Oil (coconut, olive oil, jojoba, or avocado are perfect here!)
- 1 teaspoon coffee grounds
- 10-15 drops teaspoon peppermint essential oil
Combine your dry ingredients in a bowl. Next, slowly pour your oil into the mixture and stir. When you've added enough oil, your scrub should be the consistency of wet sand.
The next time you take a cleansing bath or shower, take a palm-full and scrub using circular motions starting at your feet and fingertips, up towards the heart. This motion will help increase your circulation. As you scrub, picture any unwanted energy getting scrubbed away! Rinse off, pat dry, and relish in soft skin energy.
