2023 is the year of the Chariot, and the Chariot is all about embodying change.
Change is alchemy,
is trasmutation, is metamorphosis. When we change, we realign. We move, we shift. We shake off an old skin and grow a new one. We adjust our pace. Change is profound, and joyful, and revelatory. And sometimes, it's also uncomfortable as hell!
What happens in your physical body when you read the word change? What happens to your emotional body? If you're a modern witch who's spent any time pondering your new year's intentions only to end up overwhelmed, the word "change" might ick you out. Valid! But consider this: your body is already fluent in the language of change, babe.
As witches, we're in a perpetual state of becoming. This is the medicine of the Chariot — it teaches us how to become through not only our dreams, but through tangible action. There's no intellectualizing the Chariot; the energies of this card have to be cultivated
first-hand.
We like to call the Chariot year The Year of Fuck Yes. Naturally, we're calling our first community circle of 2023 by the same name — and you're invited, witch!
