Today is all about integration, babe. Sit yourself down in front of your altar or your hearth (or grab a hot cup of tea and cozy up at your kitchen table) to reflect in your journal.

• How does my home nurture me? Protect me? Sustain me? What do I offer the spirit of my home in return?
• What else is nourished by my hearth besides me? Which ancestors, allies, friends, lovers, and strangers find pleasure in this space?
• What would it mean for me to carry a piece of this pleasure beacon inside myself? How is my body an altar for desire and ease?

To continue deepening your relationship with your hearth, consider building a small kitchen altar! This altar can be as simple or complex as you (or your ancestors) desire. Start with a small candle, an offering dish of your favorite incense, or a hot cup of tea you pour each morning. 

Allow your intuition to guide you as you build this sacred space in honor of your hearth! Maybe this altar shifts each day, and that's part of the magic. Whatever pleasure this altar brings you, let it be an offering to your hearth.
