Get as comfortable as you can in whatever space you're in, and do a body scan — what feels tense? Which areas of your body are you having trouble feeling? Which areas of your body are demanding the most of your attention? Direct gentleness to these spots,
and affirm out loud: "I am in open communication with my body's needs and desires." Envision your body opening towards this invitation.Â
