Ways to keep cool:

• Make iced spearmint and peppermint tea- mint is both delicious and very refreshing when it's steamy out! 
• Make chamomile ice cubes to add to your water- or just to cool off pleasurably! Chamomile is cooling and anti inflammatory and is delish in a strawberry mint or basil water! 
• Take a cool bath with oil to help your skin retain moisture
• Tuck gemstones (gua sha's, eggs or wands if you have em!) in the fridge for a few moments and use on the body to cool off 😉
• Go commando when possible, or wear linen 
• Diffuse a few drops of a calming and cooling blend of essential oils in your space. Try: 2 parts lavender, 1 part peppermint, 1 part eucalyptus. 
• Massage your feet before bed (use rose oil if you have it) to help you ground and release any extra heat from the day
