BLOOMING INTO SPRING RITUAL

Flowers are the physical embodiment of softness, tenderness, and compassion, but they're also powerful symbols of completion, expansion, and celebration. These wise, fragile beings have so much to teach us about gentleness and subtlety, and when we work with the flowers, we work with our most fragile, most precious desires. What intentions are you ready to shed new light on, nurture, and grow into? In this spell, allow your intentions to bloom, babe! You will need:

• A mirror

• Black tea (for energy)

• Rose petals (for tenderness)

• Dried ginger (for warmth)

Combine the ingredients for your tea and pour hot water over them—steep them for as long as you like. When your tea is ready, sit down in front of a mirror with your cup of tea in your hands. As you sip, speak aloud three things you're proud of yourself for. Allow yourself to really celebrate these wins! Now speak aloud three goals or intentions you'd like to set for the spring season ahead—visualize them growing from seedlings into stunning blossoms, and imagine yourself as the support network of stems, roots, and soil allowing those blossoms to shine!
