In "Guiding Light: Reclaiming Agency in the Face of Helpless and Grief,"
we'll journey away from collective helplessness, and toward liberatory hope.
How do we get in right relationship with responsibility in the face of all the change that is so urgently needed in our world? Between the bold possibilities for liberation that our imagination dares us to hope for, and our limited bandwidth for engaging in even the most basic, everyday tasks, there is lots of room for anguish and despair to set in.
Our current relationship with helplessness, grief, and hope is rooted in early experiences of trauma. If left unexamined, these lifelong patterns can lead to overwhelm and paralysis, and prevent us from being the powerful agents of change, both individually and collectively.
Discover how to create a safe space for grief, redefine your relationship to responsibility, and practice reproducing skills on Zoom at 12pm PST on Saturday, 1/22 for this workshop. We can't wait to see you there!*
