Your monthly lunar cycle is a roadmap that provides rich and powerful insight into the health and nourishment of your physical and emotional body. Learning how to live in alignment with each phase of your lunar cycle is a necessity that is everyone’s birthright. Using this map helps you learn how to work in alignment with the ancestral wisdom of your presence. This map empowers you to live in your purpose, which in turn nourishes you spiritually. In this 2-hour workshop, we'll explore:

Our personal and collective relationship to the moon, its power, and how we can utilize its energies to create magic in our lives
Each of the lunar cycles, from the new moon to the full moon, and how we can work with each phase to imbue our lives with purpose and meaning
The archetypes and stories attributed to the moon, which teach us that all magic is cyclical, circular, and transitional

Have you ever kept a Lunar calendar? It’s one of my favorite things for tracking my moon cycle, mood, and ritual practices. Here is the rundown of a Lunar calendar, but I recommend doing your own research if you’re as smitten by it as I am!

The moon is in a different astrology sign every 1-3 days. The energy of that sign in turn influences the mood of the day. For example, when the moon is in Cancer you might feel like a homebody, wanting to stay in your PJ’s and tend to family matters (great for building Altars!). You’ll be able to intuitively feel into the wisdom of your body through the energies of the moon phases, related astrology, and magical practices. You can simply google what sign the moon is in on any given day or keep a planner to jot down your Lunar associations, though a Lunar Calendar is always an amazing magical tool to have around!
