Small Spells for Pleasure: Everyday Pleasure Potions (week 4)

Welcome to the last Pleasure Spell of the month, babe. I hope you've been able to carve some sweet time out to tend to yourself this December. This week we're covering creating Pleasure Spells anywhere and everywhere, but especially the kitchen!

Have you ever tried mixing an aphrodisiac into your morning whipped cream? There is something about starting the day with the warmth, connection, and joy of your own pleasure and embodiment that is just exhilarating!

Adding a sexy potion to your food, drinks, or even bottle of water (sex magic on the go anyone?!) is a lovely way to invite blissful moments into your day, prioritize your sexuality as sacred, and taking time to enjoy your body so you can feel present and in-tune with the world around you.

What if you took this opportunity to infuse today's meals with extra love and sexy energy? Do you see this having an effect on your day?

Pleasure Toolbox: Aphrodisiac Eggnog French Toast

All you need for this is an egg, leftover holiday Eggnog, bread (I like challah for this), and your potion of choice! Some personal favorites:

Rose essence: brings love, protection, and big pleasure energy

Damiana essence: so, so sexy!

Vanilla: invites in love, passion, and beauty

In my recipe I used: Sex Magic, and Rose Nectar for my whipped cream (topped with rose petals, of course).

Combine your ingredients, and as you're adding your drops in say a prayer or intention, like "may I be full of pleasure today". If making whipped cream, add a little maple syrup and more drops (rose is especially good here) when it's almost done. Top your French toast and ENJOY, you babe.
