Small Spells for Pleasure: Kitchen Witchin' Your Pleasure (week 2)

Good morning, you gorgeous creature, you!

Lets take a collective breath and exhale a big, joyful sigh (even if you don't feel it I your body). Solstice is next week, and as the days get shorter leading up to it make sure you're not shrinking yourself under the stress and pressure of the holidays (winter always has that effect on me). Light a candle earlier in the day so that as the light fades you can sit with, and reflect on your own ever-present light with that flame.

I am here to remind you that ANYTHING can be a Pleasure Spell. Did you do your homework from last week? If you haven't go ahead and make a list of 20 things you find pleasurable. Look that list over, how can you achieve one of those things right now? You and you alone are responsible for inviting pleasure into your life, so let's work on letting it sneak in until it's saturated and infused every part of our being, and you remember that being in our pleasure is you birthright.

Journaling questions for today:

How are you inviting sweetness into your life?

Where are you noticing stale energy? What can you do right now to juice it up?

What's in your pantry that can be turned into a pleasure ritual? Write it out, try it for yourself, and share it with others!

Sugar Lip Scrub Recipe:

2 T sugar (for sweetness)
1 T honey/ coconut oil (for moisture and sensuality)
1 drop of rose oil if you're feeling fancy! (invites in pleasure and beauty)
a dash of cinnamon (invites in abundance)

As you're mixing the scrub set an intention for it. Try:

"I'm juicy", "I'm a babe", " I attract pleasure and sweetness into the world"
